My game crashes or freezes, or takes a long time to load
Step 1. Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements for our game (see 'System Requirements'). Then force the game to close (read how to do it on iOS and Android) and restart your device.
Step 2. If that didn't help, check for available software updates for your device and for available game updates in the App Store or Google Play. Install all available updates and restart your device again.
